BE CAREFUL, SOME FILES HAVE NAMES OF EXISTING FILES - COULD OVERWRITE!

A set of crude programs for running DOS versions of AutoCAD in dual screen
on AMI BIOS motherboards that have ISA slots but do not support MDA
(TTL Monochrome) video modes.

AMI has dropped MDA support in its BIOSes - they do not have Int 10h functions,
nor do they initialize the Mono card. If your program sets Mode 7 (mono), they
switch to mode 0Eh. Send them lots of nasty emails!

Tested on:
Gigabyte GA-7ZX Duron/Athlon motherboard
Release 10/386 with the Trident RCPTVGA driver, patched for the 9880
Video cards - Trident 9880 Blade 3D AGP and an old Mono card
DOS 7.10 (Win 95B)

Do not do a SHELL command, DOS screen writes screw up; DIR will crash.
It's not perfect, but it lets you run R10 which is perfectly adequate for
2D drawing and SO pleasant now that machines are finally fast enough for it.
Saved us from having to go back to single-screen and rewriting our menu
(which had been customized to use all lines with no Command Scrolling area).

All programs include .ASM source.

Also included:
The patched RCPTVGA video driver (no source but has docs)
QC2, a crude text editor for R10
ACAD.LSP which shows how to use QC2
BLDP600I which installs a silly new beep tone and most importantly
initializes the MDA card. Put it in your AUTOEXEC.BAT or ACAD.BAT file.
